Mathieu Simard obtained a Bachelor of Law Degree from Sherbrooke University in 2000.

He was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2002. Over the years, Mr. Simard travelled frequently to the Middle East, Asia and South-America.

Throughout his experience in Hong Kong and China , Mr. Simard developped an expertise mainly in the business class category (investors, entrepreneurs, self-employed) and the skilled workers program.
