Charette 先生最近在香港大学法学院完成了法学硕士的课程，他重点的研究对象是国际商法和中国商法即 WTO 相关法律。加之对国际关系、法律和商业的热情，使他拥有着强烈的社会责任感。在渥太华大学时，他是民法学院学生会的主席。

Charette 先生是魁北克律师协会的成员 ， 目前负责 Harvey & Associés L.L.P. 北京代表处。

Mikael Charette graduated summa cum laude in 2002 from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa , where he completed a License in Civil Law.

He then went on to complete a bachelor's degree in Common Law from the school of Law of the University of Victoria . While studying at the University of Victoria , Mr. Charette was a participant in an exchange program at the University of Oxford, England, where he undertook a rigorous program in International Intellectual Property Law. His education has been an ideal environment in which to develop bilingualism, multiculturalism and bijuralism. These are the foundation of the Canadian system, but also represent facets of the globalized world of tomorrow.

Mr. Charette has recently completed a Master in Law at the Law School of City University of Hong Kong with honor, where his research were mainly focused on International and Chinese Business Law, namely issues on WTO. Coupled with his passion for international relations, law and commerce he has a strong commitment to community. He was President of the Students' Association of the Faculty of Civil Law at the University of Ottawa and was a member of the board of directors of a Desjardins branch from 1999 to 2002.
